At CRS, we are expanding our EPRO range with the new Electric Random Orbital Polisher EPRO 8115, a tool developed for everyday polishing work in body repair.
Its 15 mm orbit provides an effective balance between correction capacity and finish quality, making it easier to work on different surfaces while providing greater control in areas where precision is particularly important.
A 15 mm orbit for greater precision
Orbit size is one of the key factors that determines the behaviour of a random orbital polisher. With the EPRO 8115, the 15 mm orbit enables controlled operation during both correction processes and the subsequent refining and finishing stages.
This configuration is particularly suitable for working on curved surfaces, smaller panels and localised working areas, where a more manageable tool helps follow the different contours of the bodywork with greater precision.
The EPRO 8115 can be used for different operations throughout the polishing process:
-
Hologram removal.
-
Correction of surface defects.
-
Reduction of marks and minor imperfections.
-
Paint polishing and gloss enhancement.
-
Refining and final finishing.
-
Application of waxes and protective products.
Consistent performance throughout the polishing process
The new EPRO 8115 is equipped with a 500 W motor, with a maximum power of 750 W, designed to provide stable performance during demanding work.
It also features an electronic system that helps maintain constant speed under load. When pressure on the surface increases, the system helps reduce performance drops and maintains more consistent tool operation.
This stability is particularly useful during prolonged work, helping maintain more uniform polishing conditions throughout the different stages of the process.
Six speeds to adapt the tool to every job
Not every polishing operation requires the same operating speed. For this reason, the EPRO 8115 features six adjustable speeds ranging from 2,000 to 4,500 rpm.
This adjustment allows the machine’s performance to be adapted to the type of work and the specific requirements of each repair, giving the professional greater control throughout the process.
Reduced vibration and greater stability during prolonged work
Comfort also plays an important role when the polisher is used continuously. The EPRO 8115 incorporates vibration reduction technology, designed to improve tool stability and help reduce operator fatigue during prolonged working sessions.
Its ergonomic and robust body promotes comfortable and safe handling, helping maintain better control during continuous passes and operations requiring greater precision.
A new option for professional bodywork polishing
With the new EPRO 8115, at CRS we are expanding the possibilities of our polishing range with a versatile tool designed for professionals seeking precision, stability and consistent performance in paint correction and finishing work.
