QUICK METAL BONDING

Two-component, epoxy-based, quick-setting adhesive for metal-to-metal bonding. Particularly suitable for the replacement of non-structural panels such as roofs, door panels, side panels, etc. Adheres to steel, galvanised steel and aluminium. Incorporates 0.25mm micro glass beads to ensure minimal product in the pressure and clamping areas.

• Supplied with a mixing cannula.

• Can be applied with a conventional sealant gun.

• Dries at room temperature but can be accelerated with heat.

• Shelf life 60min. Can be handled for 4 hours. Total cure 24 hours. ( 23 ºC ).

• Withstands temperatures up to 230ºC.

• Welding conductive before curing.

Available in 195 ml and 220 ml packaging. The 220 ml Quick Metal Bonding should be applied using the Quick Metal Bonding Gun.
