Learn, share, evolve: AD Paher and AD Transcose visit our training center
Innovation in the automotive repair sector demands more than great products — it calls for knowledge, adaptability, and above all, training. At Car Repair System, we’ve long believed that the growth of those who work alongside us begins with those three pillars. That’s why, on March 26 and 27, we welcomed the teams from AD Paher and AD Transcose to our training center for two technical days focused on car body repair.
Training designed for today’s and tomorrow’s workshops
Over the course of two full days, we shared with both teams the latest innovations in processes, materials, and techniques that make a difference in the daily life of a modern workshop. We crafted a program tailored to both technical and commercial profiles, aiming to enhance their knowledge, boost their advisory skills, and equip them for the challenges of their everyday work.
From sanding procedures to sustainable product usage, including precise application of primers and clear coats — each module was designed to be practical and actionable. Because training is not just about teaching: it’s about inspiring, updating, and supporting.
Technology that mirrors real workshop conditions
Our training center is much more than a classroom. It’s a space where theory meets practice. Fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools, it allows us to recreate real-world working conditions so that every lesson learned can be directly applied in the field.
Throughout the sessions, participants didn’t just absorb knowledge — they contributed ideas, shared experiences, and enriched the collective learning process. It was more than a course: it was a space for collaborative growth.
Building relationships through knowledge
This training was not only about techniques and procedures. It was also an opportunity to strengthen our relationship with AD Paher and AD Transcose, aligning goals, values, and a shared vision of the future.
At Car Repair System, we believe that a strong network is built on more than products — it’s built on well-prepared, connected, and committed professionals who take pride in doing things right.
