In the abrasives family, we have three lines of abrasives to highlight: Gold line, Blue line and Ceramic line. The Gold plus line are abrasives on a new generation reinforced paper backing, while the Blue line consists of a high quality and high performance flexible plastic backing. Our abrasive lines are available in various sizes and grits to meet the needs of the operator. The Gold line is available in grits from P100 to P800 in both 75mm and 150mm discs; while the Blue line has grits from P80 to P3000 and sizes of 150mm, 75mm, and 35mm.
The new line of ceramic abrasives features multi-hole multi-grain ceramic discs with a high quality plastic backing. Due to their composition, the ceramic discs are extremely resistant, which means a long service life for the abrasive. On the other hand, the addition of Aluminium Oxide allows, due to its crystalline composition, to maintain a sharp, precise and homogeneous sanding. Thanks to their characteristics, they are especially recommended for use on surfaces that are harder and more resistant to sanding, such as ceramic varnishes, cataphoresis and epoxy resins. Ceramic abrasives are available in grits from P120 to P800.
In addition to the new line of ceramic abrasives, we have two other important additions to our abrasives range to highlight. The Top Carbon Fibre Discs in various sizes: 50mm, 80mm and 150mm, made of Nylon with tungsten impregnation. These new carbon fibre top discs allow high performance grinding and regrinding work on surfaces such as aluminium, oxidised surfaces and welds. Also available is the 115mm Top Carbon Fibre Disc with holder.
On our abrasive family find the surface preparation discs, which thanks to the aluminium oxide provide a higher performance stability and will help you to improve the preparation and fineness of the surface finish. Available in various coloured grits: coarse (brown), medium (red), fine (blue) and extra fine (grey).
